Why this site exists
Product research is broken in a specific way: there is plenty of information and almost no judgement. A listing tells you what a product is; it does not tell you who it is wrong for. Filling that gap is the whole point of this site.
How a guide gets written
Each roundup is assembled from documented sources: manufacturer specifications, listing data and reviews left by verified purchasers. We read the negative reviews as carefully as the positive ones, because deal-breakers rarely show up in the marketing copy.
Two things we will not do:
- We never present research as hands-on testing. We are not a testing lab and will not pose as one.
- We do not invent specifications. If a figure is not published, the guide says so.
How we are funded
Brave Review is reader-funded through affiliate links. If you buy through a link here, we may earn a commission; the price you pay is unchanged. No brand can buy a spot in a roundup, and the ranking is the same whether a product earns us anything or nothing. Our full Affiliate Disclosure explains the arrangement.
Corrections
Products get revised, specifications change and listings go stale. If you find something out of date or simply wrong, email [email protected] — we will check it and update the page.
